Junior Business Data Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:
Forefront liaison for client management of needs into data actions and reports
Identify and interpret data, analyze results (trends and patterns), provide ongoing reports to clients
Use statistical and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data
Prepare reports and presentations that summarize the results of data analysis, including actionable recommendations
Conduct training for the use of Sandman’s top software for both mobile and web applications
Establish, improve, and maintain detailed data integrity procedures to ensure data quality
Create documentation for various services which serves as a baseline for future use
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as requested by clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT professionals, QA and HR-Admin team, to achieve project goals

A graduate of information technology, business, math, or its equivalent
Advanced to superior proficiency in MS Office applications most especially in MS Excel
A working knowledge of a programming language (SQL) or any Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) would be an advantage
Exceptional English communication skills

Junior Front-End Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Develop, layout, and test interactive user interfaces based on project specifications.
Collaboratively work with our team to design mockups and redesign web pages in accordance with our design standards
Build and maintain reusable components, assets, and libraries in Figma
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure that websites are mobile-compatible and responsive.
Ensure that the codebase is well-maintained and tested.
Stay updated on the latest changes in front-end technologies

Graduate of Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent
Knowledgeable in front-end languages such as Javascript, HTML, and CSS
Adept in CSS best practices and frameworks specifically Bootstrap
Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Knowledge in PHP and PHP frameworks like Codeigniter is a plus
Experience in SQL/MYSQL, Java is a plus
A solid understanding of web application security is an advantage
With good communication skills

Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar courses
With at least 1 year relevant QA experience
Good communication and critical thinking skills and a good team player

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to identify software problems and their causes
- Document software issues
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and readiness for release
- Report bugs or defects to software developers for correction
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, or content
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Monitor debugging process results

Customer Service Representative (Mandaluyong City)

This job requires on-site (Mandaluyong City area) customer support by the CSR. Preferably has his/ her personal laptop.

Understand and document client concerns.
Report documented client concerns.
Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process knowledge base.
Prepare reports of all reported concerns
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Graduate of any college degree
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
